We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products, or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, in its original untorn and unopened packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns if the packaging has been opened or torn, even if the item has not been used.

If the packaging is opened or torn, we are unable to process a return. However, we may offer a 30% discount code for your next purchase as a courtesy.


Return Shipping

Returns are not free. If your return is approved, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items with opened or torn packaging, sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to return the eligible product, if approved, and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in original untorn and unopened packaging, with tags attached if applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

My figure arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the figure itself. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the case.

Can I exchange a figure for a different one?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest path is to return the original item under the standard return policy and place a new order for the replacement. This keeps both orders cleanly tracked.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 10 business days of the return being approved. Your bank or card issuer may add a few extra days before the refund is visible on your statement.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or was the wrong product. In those cases, we cover the return label or provide an alternative resolution.
