Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

No. ShelfFigure does not sell personal customer information to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. We share data only with operational service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, email services) that need it to fulfil your order, and only to the extent required for that function.

How long do you keep my order and account data?

Order records are retained for tax, accounting, and dispute-handling reasons, typically for several years per applicable jurisdiction. Account data tied to a user account is retained while the account remains active. Contact support if you would like a specific retention period applied to your account.

How do I request that my data be deleted?

Email [email protected] from the email address on file with the subject 'Data deletion request' and any relevant order numbers. We confirm receipt and process the deletion within 30 days, excluding records we are legally required to retain (such as completed-order accounting records).

Do you use cookies on this site?

Yes. ShelfFigure uses functional cookies for shopping cart and login sessions, plus analytics cookies that help us understand which pages and products are useful. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings; some shopping features will not work without functional cookies.

Is my payment information secure?

Payment information is handled by our payment processor through encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. ShelfFigure does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. You enter card details directly into the processor's secure payment form.

Can I update or correct the personal information on my account?

Yes. Sign in to your My Account page to update your name, address, and contact information. If you cannot access the account or need help changing something not exposed in the dashboard, email [email protected] from the email address on file.
