ShelfFigure works with major international carriers to ship orders to the destination provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping address, carrier availability, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders where standard shipping is available at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for some destinations. If you would like to ask about expedited shipping before placing an order, please contact us at [email protected].

In most cases, standard shipping arrives within 8–15 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Guam, U.S. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Canada, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, and Australia. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address.

Standard shipping to Denmark, Israel, Canada, Hungary, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Norway, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, Finland, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain typically arrives in 5–15 business days.

Standard shipping to Australia typically arrives in 10–18 business days.

Expedited shipping to Canada typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping to Belgium, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom typically arrives in 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping to Australia typically arrives in 5–9 business days.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number and, when available, a link to the carrier website. You may also be able to find tracking information on your order details page.

How can I change my delivery address?

If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact Customer Care at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch. Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once the item has been dispatched.

How long does standard shipping take to U.S. addresses?

Standard shipping to the U.S. typically arrives within 8 to 15 business days from dispatch. Tracking is sent by email once the order ships. Customs processing, carrier holidays, and severe weather can extend the window by a few days.

Do you ship to Canada, the U.K., and Europe?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European countries including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland. European standard shipping is typically 5 to 15 business days; Canadian standard is comparable; Australian standard is 10 to 18 business days.

Is expedited shipping available?

Expedited shipping is available for some destinations. Email [email protected] before ordering with your destination country and the products you plan to buy, and we will confirm an expedited option and quoted timing where possible.

Who pays import taxes and customs duties?

Import taxes and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility and vary by destination country. Customs processing time can also affect delivery date independently of shipping speed. We declare each parcel honestly and cannot mark shipments as gifts.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we email a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also see tracking from the order details page in My Account.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking stops updating for more than seven business days past the expected delivery window, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking ID. We open a carrier investigation and either replace the item or refund the order based on the investigation result.
