Returns and exchanges are not supported in our store. Placing an order constitutes your agreement to this policy.

To protect your rights, please comply with the following when signing for your parcel:

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirements
• Record continuously from the moment the outer package is shown intact, with no interruptions.
• Clearly display the tracking number, shipping details, and all six sides of the outer box.
• After unpacking, immediately take close-ups of the product, especially any damaged parts (if applicable).
2. After-Sales Service Terms
• For claims of damaged or missing items, contact customer service with the complete, unedited unboxing video for processing.
• Applications without a valid or complete video will not be accepted.

Key After-Sales Exclusions

Official defects are not covered, including but not limited to odor, scratches, stains, paint peeling, delamination, surface unevenness, unstable bases, joint gaps, small black spots, and rough workmanship—these are unavoidable original factory flaws.

Color and print of dolls may vary due to different production batches.

Blind Box Special Rules

No returns or exchanges after opening, unless there are severe defects, damage, or missing parts.

Bulk orders and customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality reasons.

💡 Reminder

Blind box outer packaging cannot be 100% perfect due to logistics. Minor variations in box appearance are normal. Perfectionists please order with caution!
